Simple Terms & Conditions to note:


Online Orders:

1) To reserve an item, simply email to itz_fashion@yahoo.com.sg with the following information:

Your name, mailing address, description of items. Should you be using any vouchers, please do provide the code upon order.

2) Afterwhich, kindly wait for email confirmation on the successful reservation of the item. We make it a point to reply all emails within 48hours. If access to mailbox is not available, an update of this would be pasted on our website front.

3) Upon successful confirmation of the item, kindly proceed with the necessary procedures given in the email ie: reply with the information required by us and/or proceed with the payment. Please note the conditions of a reservation.

4) All orders would be mailed via registered postage. Local registered postage is provided complimentary of Petalthots. For international shipping, kindly email us for rates. If normal mail is preferred, kindly inform us upon order.

5) All local shipping would be done via Singpost, a local and trusted Singapore delivery service. An assigned postman on duty would deliver the parcel personally at your doorstep, there must be somebody at home to sign for the parcel. In the situation whereby nobody is at home at the time of delivery, postman would leave a slip/notification to inform you of the failed delivery attempt. On the slip, instructions on how to collect the parcel would be given and you have to self-collect at your nearest post office or preferred post office (have to call in advance min. 2days to arrange to collect at your preferred post office).


Conditions of a reservation:

- Every reservation would be up to a maximum of 3days. However, we do understand everyone's concern and busy schedule, we are quite flexible and would still accept longer payment period. In the case of longer period required, kindly inform us beforehand and NOT wait for us to email for payment reminders.

- Any reservation that did not meet the payment condition, the item would automatically be released to the next buyer on the waiting list. If you had incidently paid for the item that is released, please do not worry as we would make the necessary refunds.

-Should you wished to cancel your reservation after ordering, please feel free to drop an email within 2 days and we would gladly cancel for you. However, in the case that no notification was given, we would consider your account with us as "No Show" and please note that this may hinder your future order with us. We may consider not to accept your order or restrict your reservation to 2 days.

- Reserving an item is per the description given for the item with standard Petalthots packaging.

Standard package: minimum wrap with a plastic folder, additional layer of bubble-wrap and mailed in a bubble envelope. Box will be provided if available but please note that standard packaging does not include a box.

Mailings and Delivery

Upon receipt of payment, our delivery team would pack your items and mail out the very next day. However, should we be down with manpower, mailings can only be done on Saturdays. Notice would be given on website accordingly.

No meetups due to our busy schedules unless otherwise stated.

Exchange/Refunds

All exchanges and refunds must be made within 1 week of purchase. Thereafter, Petalthots reserves the rights to reject any exchanges/refunds. Refunds would be accepted subject to case-by-case basis.

Please take note that amendment/adjustment/repairs are not applicable for the above. We take responsibility to all items purchased from Petalthots that require amendment/adjustment/repairs. If additional material is used, extra cost might be incurred depending on situation.
